Request: The birth of Lisa and Mike

Here is the request drawing for of his pairing Marcus Fenix x Elsa and their kids Lisa and Mike

This was quite a challenge, I'm not used to draw muscular men and babies. Proportions are a nightmare, I did what I could here and to me it turned quite well...
